Some of you want a little more performance... but most want the amazing looks that an aftermarket hood can give you! Below are a few of the available hoods or kits that are available for our 97-99 Grand Prix's!

SLP's Grand Prix GTX The basic package includes ram air induction, special GTX badging to replace your standard badging, and custom GTX key fobs. Ram air adds approximately 10 horsepower to your Grand Prix, be it an SE, GT, or GTP. Other items available include a full stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, sunroof, synthetic fluids package, and more. The standard GTX R/A kit runs roughly $2500.
American Sports Car Design ASCD is now selling their Ram Air hood based on the GPX hood. This kit is the cheapest option available and great for the "do-it yourselfer". The hood comes with all needed mounts, etc. You will need to have it painted yourself to match your car. ASCD is also working on a functional airbox for the hood that will be available in the future. Suncoast Creations Suncoast was the first company to start working on the Ram Air hoods for the Grand Prix. Their kit was one of the cheapest options available and was great for the "do-it yourselfer". This kit came with everything you should need for mounting. You will need to have it painted yourself to match your car.
Motorsports Performance Design, Inc. This hood is no longer available! The Grand Prix F.1 was an exciting new package engineered by MPD, Inc. for the Pontiac Grand Prix. Available for the Grand Prix GT and GTP, the F.1 package adds many performance and appearance features designed to appeal to a wide range of sports sedan enthusiasts. The F.1 package transforms a great car into an incredible automotive work of art.
