I bought my Grand Am GT sedan in May of 1995.
Briefly, it is the 2.3L DOHC Quad4. Its sister
cars include the Oldsmobile Achieva (alright),
and Buick Skylark (EWWWWW!), The Pontiac Grand
Am is a great car... but to experience the full
head-turning aspect you must have the GT.
The GT adds ground effects and some nice rims which make the car look oh so much better. In addition to looks the GT adds a sport suspension and wider tires. This gives it better handling and can do corners very very well. I have done many modifications to this car to improve its handling and performance characteristics. Click on the Grand Am link to your left and you will find specs of my car, exterior, and interior as well as engine specs. You will also find a picture gallery and performance links. Send your pictures to me and I will add them to the Owner's Gallery! |

My other car, as you can gather, is a 1999
Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. It was ordered 6/15/98,
endured the 2+ month long GM strike to be born on
9/12/98 @ 6:42PM and delivered on 9/28/98!
The Grand Prix is a awesome car, but once again to get the head-turning aspect, the GT/GTP is in order. Compared to the SE, the GT/GTP has distinctive front and rear fascia's, and the GTP has a supercharged 3.8L 240HP V6, a beefier tranny and badges. This car is definitly the sleeper of the 90's, creeping up on unsuspecting targets. I haven't done much in terms of modifications, but as time progresses, I will be upgrading the supercharger, suspension, and various engine components to make this speedy car even faster!
