Ever since I bought my 1999 Grand Prix GTP, I have always wanted to test out its power. With 240 Stock HP, this car really moves!

It wasn't until I brought it to the track that I realized how fast this car is! My old car, a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am GT did the quarter mile in 16.0 seconds modified.

In comparison, the first time I went with the GTP, I ran a 14.49@95MPH! This was with a pretty much stock setup. The only thing I had in my car was a high-flow throttle body from Ram Air Technologies. That was October '98.

Since then, I have gotten a Magnusen 3.6" pulley in hopes to bring my times down even further. I was rather dissapointed when I went (February 99), I got a 14.39 along with a K&N 9" Filter modification.

Now it is March 7th, 1999. Enter Borla exhaust. Now I am running 13.8@98.0MPH.

What's next you ask? Ram Air Hood and a Stage2 MAF. Coming late March/early April!

  • Devoured a Honda? Thats my 'Devoured a HONDA' sticker and you can see, I positioned myself around three Hondas! The one in front looked decent, only caus' the girl driving it was hot!
